Illusions Virgin Hair LLC ships orders using USPS. The amount charged depends on total weight of merchandise.
Orders will ship within 2-4 business days of receiving payment.
Orders require 3–5 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination.
Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships.

- PLEASE PROVIDE A COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS TO AVOID SHIPPING DELAYS OR HAVING YOUR PRODUCT RETURNED TO SENDER. If you have a unit number or suite this must be included in your shipping address. I CANNOT edit the address once the order is processed. Please note that if a package is RETURNED TO SENDER the items CANNOT BE SHIPPED back out to you until we have received the original package back.
- In the event that your order is Returned to Sender and you want it shipped back out you are required to pay the additional shipping cost. PLEASE PROVIDE A COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS TO AVOID SHIPPING DELAYS OR HAVING YOUR PRODUCT RETURNED TO SENDER.

We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.
